Consignments
Contact our office at 888-561-6863 ext. 723 to consign your item or inventory to auction.
Catalog Deadline
Consignments after Thursday at 5 PM before the auction will not be included in the catalog.
Seller must provide clear title and transfer documents at least 2 days prior to auction. Inventory must be brought to auction site at least 3 days prior to auction in order to be included in the auction preview/inspection.
Auction Settlement: Bar None will pay seller (less any commission or fees due) within 20 banking days following the auction, but not prior to 7 banking days following the auction in case the buyer's funds cannot be certified or are not collectable. No sale commission will be charged to the seller on any unpaid items.
Inspection
Inspection is available two days prior to the auction event from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Also on auction day starting at 7:00 am.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Credit Card and Wire Transfer. Personal or Business Checks only accepted with specific bank letter of guarantee. Credit cards are accepted with an additional 3% convenience fee.
Removal
Removal is allowed after the auction is completed on sale day until 5:00 pm. The yard is open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during the week. All items must be completely removed within 5 days after the auction.
Shipping
All items are sold "as-is" "where-is" meaning the bidder is responsible for their own removal of items purchased. No bid will be invalidated because of a bidders inability to remove or provide their own shipping arrangements.
